Everywhere I looked, I saw confusion. People caught in routine struggles, repeating the same patterns.
I was no different.
I worked as a Marketing Officer, Sales Executive, Fundraiser, Counselor, Trainer, and Team Manager.
I dealt with pressure, targets, rejection, burnout, politics, humiliation, family issues, and relationship conflicts.
I saw the same confusion in others that I felt within.
Then I paused. I started asking why these struggles keep repeating.
And slowly, clarity began to emerge.
That clarity changed how I lived, how I worked, and how I connected with others.
I began sharing it, casually at first, in one-on-one conversations, then in group sessions.
People found it useful. Again and again.
It didn’t feel like a decision.
It felt like something that was simply meant to be acted upon.
So I built a structure around it.
This is not just a profession.
This is a response to what I’ve seen, what I’ve lived, and what I know people need.
