  1. LIVE SESSIONS AND RECORDINGS

6.1 Certain ABHED LIFE Services include live interactive sessions.

6.2 Live sessions may be conducted using third-party conferencing or communication platforms.

6.3 Depending on the format of a particular session, audio, video, screen sharing, chat messages, questions, comments or other participation information may be processed by the relevant platform and, where applicable, by ABHED LIFE.

6.4 Sessions may be recorded for the purpose of providing recordings to Members, maintaining educational continuity, supporting Members who could not attend live, and managing the Services.

6.5 If you participate in a recorded session, your voice, video, name, chat messages, questions or other visible participation may be captured in the recording depending on how you participate and the features enabled for that session.

6.6 You should avoid sharing personal information during a live session that you would not want other participants or the recording to contain.

6.7 Where ABHED LIFE intends to use a Member’s identifiable question, statement, testimonial, voice, video or other participation publicly for promotional or other external purposes beyond ordinary delivery of the Service, we will seek appropriate permission or consent where required by applicable law.

6.8 We may use anonymised, aggregated or otherwise non-identifying information derived from participation, feedback or learning activities for educational, analytical or Service-improvement purposes where permitted by law.

  1. QUESTIONS, REFLECTIONS, QUIZZES AND MEMBER CONTENT

7.1 Members may voluntarily submit questions, reflections, quiz responses, feedback, examples, comments or other information as part of the Services.

7.2 Such information may be processed to:

(a) provide learning support;

(b) understand Member questions and difficulties;

(c) conduct Q&A activities;

(d) administer quizzes;

(e) improve educational content;

8.1 ABHED LIFE may provide access to an HMW WhatsApp Community or other community or communication platform.

8.2 Community participation may require processing of information such as your name, profile information, phone number, messages, posts, reactions and other information made available through the relevant platform.

8.3 Third-party platforms such as WhatsApp may independently process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

8.4 We encourage Members not to post passwords, financial information, identity documents, medical records or other highly sensitive information in community discussions.

8.5 We may moderate, remove or restrict access to content or participants where reasonably necessary to maintain safety, privacy, security or compliance with our Terms.

  1. PAYMENT INFORMATION

9.1 Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors or payment service providers.

9.2 We may receive transaction-related information such as:

(a) transaction amount;

(b) transaction date;

(d) transaction or reference identifier; and
